Micros Retail Systems prides itself on
maintaining the largest and most responsive field service network in our
local marketplace. With over 95 employees, more than a third of our
employees comprise our service and support infrastructure. We
maintain a fleet of fully stocked, radio dispatched vans that are
staffed with two people: a driver and a technician. We guarantee a
4-hour maximum on-site response time during your hours of contracted
coverage, with most calls being closed in less than half that time.
MICROS offers a full-time training academy for
both classroom and online training courses. We have a strong
commitment to continuing education of our customer base.

We have a fully staffed "true" 24-hour call
center always at the ready to provide you with assistance and support
when you need it the most. We provide three levels of help desk
escalation to resolve any problem, assuring that the appropriate level
of skill sets are matched to the particular problem.
MICROS does not perform "break-fix" field
service. We prefer to swap-out defective hardware thereby
minimally inconveniencing our customers operations. Most of our
competitors choose to provide "banking hours" to the 24-hour hospitality
industry. No matter what time of the day or night, no matter what
day of the year, MICROS is prepared to respond to your request for
service & support... whether it's Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter...
